How do you fix a corrupted BIOS?

So my PC doesnt boot unless I clear CMOS each time and whenever I go into BIOS I restore it, when I go to check the bios version its always on the latest version for some odd reason, How do I restore the BIOS completely? (im not sure if that will fix the cmos issue but its worth a try)

Contact your board maker for service. Some boards have to be shipped to them while others just need the BIOS chips swapped by the user.
