HI,

I know I'm only contributing to the cluster of RX 480 vs GTX 1060 posts, but I'm pretty torn here. I'm building a rig for my friend with a $1200 firm budget, including monitor.  The AOC G2460PF I picked out (1080p, 144hz) also has FreeSync, so I figured a RX 480 would be best here. However, I know a GTX 1060 would give slightly better performance in a lot of titles (he's mainly playing Overwatch and WoW). Is it worth going AMD just for FreeSync? This is the card I had planned:

Any good 1060 models I should look for? Preferably 6GB.

480 plus Freesync for sure
