RAM for new build.

I'm going to build a PC soon and planned on going with the Corsair Vengeance LED RAM 16gb CL16 2666Mhz. If I paid 20 dollars more I could get CL15 instead of CL16 ram with the same frequenty (Vengeance non-LED). However, for those 20,- dollars more I could also get 3200 Mhz ram with CL16 (also Vengeance LED). What should I do?
