Mac Users only - FREE iWork / Aperture

MrSuperb

This apparently only works with OS X 10.9 (which is completely free though)

1) Just download the trial of iWork 09 and/or Aperture (can't be found on Apple.com unfortunately after they realized that error :D )

2) Go to the App Store and press update

3) done - iWork'13 / Aperture for free

!!!! NO NEED FOR ANY KIND OF SERIAL OR ANYTHING ILLEGAL !!!!

__________

Notes: Might need to change you system to 'english' and location to 'US'

@Nicholas Marzio, what kind of Mac do you have? I myself have a 13" MacBook Air (2012). I think next time though I would go for the 11" just because I like the 16:9 AR. But at the time I bought mine it was for TAFE study so the 13" was more practical. Though I must say that I'm typing this on a 9.7" iPad 4 and I don't find it too small, however I de realise the MBA 11" screen res is 1366 x 768 so who knows. Overall though, no regrets at all. Love the speedy little machine, faster than my 6-year old desktop (haha).

Rolling on a Hackintosh OS X 10.8.5 and a Virtual Box of 10.8.4 for fast access. I should be picking up a Power mac G5 in the next few days to tinker around with it. I am also looking at getting a MacBook Pro 15-inch with Retina display.

Can't find a working iWork 09 trial nor a Aperture trial.

the softonic version definitely works ....

Be sure to allo unsigned apps in the security settings ;)

1) Install the trial.

2) Then open App Store and go to updates page.

Oh! A Hackintosh hey, didn't see that coming :). That Power Mac G5 shall be interesting to tinker with. As for getting a RBP, I would love to get one of those, unfortunately my brain thinks a better PC can be had for the price of one of those.

Oh ... It might only work under 10.9  :(

But updating my hackintosh wasn't really that hard either

iWork is definitely not for free on old macs without this workaround  ;)

You might have had installed an old version of iWork at your workplace.
