Help with m.2

I want to put a m.2 and 3 ssds into my asrock x99e-itx, but i heard m.2 disables some sata ports. WHich ports are those

Depends on the motherboard.

This is only really something to worry about on Z170 boards, X99 has enough lanes (or something like that, can't remember exactly where I found this info, think it was somewhere on LTT) to negate M.2 using them.

I just read through the manual for your board and did not see anything relating to disabling sata ports. Just make sure you are using less or equal to the number of pci lanes your cpu supports. With an itx board I doubt you'll reach that limit anyways.
