I was wondering if I could handle Arma 2, Arma 3, CSGO, Overwatch on a new laptop that I might get

i dont think you can play arma on that at all the ether 2 maybe on the lowest settings.

The integrated graphics would prevent you from playing those games. Try to buy a laptop with dedicated video card, even if it's a somewhat lower end one.

Before I got my gpu I was running overwatch on lowest 50% 720p setting to get 60+fps with i5 6600k.

No, not even overwatch. According to intel it can run on 720p med at 30 fps with kaby lake igpu and the hd520 is the lowest skylake one. So you are probably not going to be able to run it at all. Can't speak about the rest

CSGO, yes. Overwatch and Arma 2-3, hell no, lol. You will need something with dedicated graphics. Gtx 960m will run them all on 1080p low or medium.
