CPU Upgrade

Hello, so I want to upgrade my cpu, now I am using amd athlon x4 860k on gtx 960,8gb ram,500w socket:FM2+, I want to upgrade my cpu, and I need some good amd processor that is cheap and powerfull for my gpu and gaming. Thank you for your help.

At the moment, there's not much of an upgrade path at all, and you'd be better off switching to Intel OR waiting until Zen releases.

Gonna go out on a limb here and say, did you buy this as a pre-built system? (the specs seem an awful lot like one)

There isn't much upgrade path for that processer, even getting the best fm2+ cpu that you can find, it'll still be pretty crappy for modern and newer games.

Nah, it wasn't pre-built, I bought it 3 months ago, but then I didn't know anything about amd cpu-s, I wanted a cheap but powerful (more GHz) cpu so I got athlon x4 860k.
