The i3 didnt have a cooler but with that i5 there everything seems cool.

The i3-6100 will stop working in the future as most games are basically not going to work with dual core machines, and you don't need an after market cooler, so just get a i5-6500 instead. On your budget I'd suggest only getting 8GB, 16GB is good to have but I don't think you can easily afford it. The PSU you chose isn't that good a CXM or seasonic would be better. You also might aswell purchase a cheaper motherboard a H110 is fine.

Taking that build in count i could maybe upgrade the gpu and stay around 500 usd rigjt ?
