80$ is not too bad , its literally a R9 280(x?) so its still a pretty solid high setting 1080p gaming card

The 7970 is a great card. I used two of them for almost 5 years before finally swapping them out last year. Definitely still good cards and for $80 I would suggest picking one up.

yes(have run a 390 on it before) but its not a very good psu. try to upgrade it if you can.

It's actually a pretty mediocre PSU, tier 6 in my thingy that tiers those PSU things. I'd not power it with a 7970 but ya know

it will run it fine, but try to upgrade it whenever you can.

It may, I can't say for certain. I'd not use it myself but you can go ahead if you like. I'd definitely get a better unit ASAP.
