The title might be a little clickbait but what I want to ask is, Can you guys help me make ( or give me ideas ) a pc that is not power demanding ? I dont want to play on it, I dont want to use it for much.

If you want something more modern like intel look at ones with T behind (i3 6100T for example) as they use less power than regular non T

What is the use of the computer? Depending on the use it would be easier to choose parts.

Not even that. There is a program that if you let it run for 10 hours ever day for a month you get 25 $. And the price can get higher if you get more machines on the network or invite people. The maximum price can get to 5000 $. This is a thing someone I know is doing and he wants to invite me as well.

650w makes no sense. He is aiming at saving power and he will not be adding a gpu for that reason.

That's what I figured but the user may want to change it into a gaming rig or video rendering station latter down the track and may want the expand ability opportunity.

theres no gold PSUs at low wattage, otherwise i would go CX430

No video or gaming. Just a pc that does not consume power.

Yea. Looks good. But I think I will go with deXxterlab97 ' s build. For the price and all.
