My pc has been fine until now. I turn it on, the aio cooler lights up then it everything turns off, all in about 3 seconds or so. and it will repeatedly do this, before when this happened It would bring me to the boot screen but it doesnt even get to that

My OS had a corrupted file previously, SSD broke and so had to try and migrate the OS to the HDD. but this seems to only be affecting the search bar

THINGS IVE TRIED:

Reseating battery

reseating RAM

tested cooler, not that either

if you can get to bios check your getting a rpm reading from it. if the pump is dead that would cause your cpu to power off from high temps

that could be it. re-seat your memory or try using each one

strange. I suppose you do not have a PSU tester. Try remove your GPU, any hard drives that are not the operating system, and any PCI cards that are not the bare minimum to get it booting.

im suspecting two things, either cpu cooler ( had problems with it before with it being super noisy making a gargling noise or something) OR the windows OS (have a problem with search bar and indexing, even microsoft hasnt a clue)

if its your cpu cooler check the temp in bios. its shouldnt be super noisy, you might have air bubbles
