System halted

So I put in a gtx 960 in this optiplex tower. I don't yet have the dvi cable for the card so I booted the computer with integrated vga. I don't want to remove the gpu because I've had enough with dealing with parts. How can I proceed with windows installation when I have this message up?

Option 1: Unplug the graphics card

Option 2: Remove the graphics card

Option 3: See if there is an option in your BIOS/EFI that allows you to force the iGPU to be active alongside a dGPU
