Is there anyway to disable windows 10 auto update? It makes me mad when it updates anytime without my permission and I lag hard. How to I disable windows auto update?

Not easily. If you want less updates, run win 10 pro and CBB(current branch buiness).

If you go under Setting > Update & Security > Windows Update.

You have option to set your Active Hours. This is the period that you don't want Windows to install / restart your system.
