Is there a way to fix this problem without having to reinstall the game.

Yes this is the first time I have tried to download it. My internet isn't very fast so I want to anything I can to avoid re-downloading it.

Sadly there isn't any way to repair the game, as far as I know. Only way to fix it is to reinstall
