Help! how to power my Computer without Ups/Avr

Help me to fix my pc, i cant power my Pc cause my Avr/Ups Exploded for some reason, so i tried to plug the Power Connector on Outlets And everytime i Plug it in it sparks like a Short Circuit, I still didnt try to power my pc because im afraid if that can cause fire. Why do my Power Connectors Sparks or Blow? It looks normal for me, and is there a safer way to power my Pc? 2 Avr exploded so far, so im not gonna buy another Avr.. Whats Wrong? Please Help :)
