SAS3 in Personal Gaming/Editing PC

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone knew if it was a good idea to have SAS3 Harddrives in my pc. Any advantages/disadvantages.

 

Space is not a disadvantage nor is power or price.

There expensive, loud, require raid cards or a sas hba, and have no real advantage.

 

Get a sata hdd. The SAS 15k drives are faster, but much slower than a ssd that costs about the same.
