PC part picker showed my PC build would draw 221w should i buy 350 PSU or what and pls check is my pc build any good

If you are planing to upgrade later go more like 500w, but if this is going to be your rig for a while find a quality 430/450w psu.

I usually would go between 500-550w. Alot of 350w power supplies arent very reliable.

Get rid of that cooler, there is one included with the CPU. Use the money you saved to get a 1050, 1050ti or maybe even a RX 470 if you can afford it.

I'd do this (Swapped the 2 4Gb for 1 8Gb gives you a little room for expansion plus dual channel won't make a huge difference you are going for some light gaming)

Also considering getting a B150 board with 4 RAM slots if you can find one for a good price, the extra slots will help you out when you need to upgarde the RAM.

OK i'll get rid of that CPU cooler

i wont upgrade im still in school and i'll stay in it for atleast 4 years

I'm in lithuania witch is in europe i dont want to pay 100 euros for delivery so i picked thesse parts frommy local internet shopping sites

You could look into a AMD Board/ CPU if you wanted more performance for less $$. Just keep that in mind.
