Get rid of that cooler, there is one included with the CPU. Use the money you saved to get a 1050, 1050ti or maybe even a RX 470 if you can afford it.

I'd do this (Swapped the 2 4Gb for 1 8Gb gives you a little room for expansion plus dual channel won't make a huge difference you are going for some light gaming)

Also considering getting a B150 board with 4 RAM slots if you can find one for a good price, the extra slots will help you out when you need to upgarde the RAM.

OK i'll get rid of that CPU cooler

i wont upgrade im still in school and i'll stay in it for atleast 4 years

You could look into a AMD Board/ CPU if you wanted more performance for less $$. Just keep that in mind.
