CM hyper T4 vs 212x

My fx-6100 is running around 60°c on stock cooler while gaming but will sometime spike over 65°c and i'm considering buying aftermarket cooler. My pick at the time is CM Hyper T4.

I did a little research and CM hyper 212x is another contender, since i don't know if 212 EVO is available in my country but for discussion lets say it is.

 

CM hyper T4 is 33e and CM hyper 212x is 44e( 212 EVO is around this price)

 

Now, i was looking to get by as cheap as i can since i don't plan on OC since i don't think my motherboard can OC very high anyway, so i have 2 Q:

1. IS 212 worth over t4 if i'm not to OC,

2. IS t4 good enough if i'm ever to OC?

212 has more surface are, but I think you are good with T4. Your temps are still fine for that CPU already.

Shouldn't be big issue. From pics it doesn't seem to block RAM slots.

I don't like the look of horizontal coolers. Vertical looks nice imo

The 212x is better than the T4 and would be the better option if you plan to oc. That being said, there are usually better options available for the price.

If you're not oc'ing, your current stock cooler is already fine.
