LED case strips

i am searching for led strips for my pc case. i want to plug them in to an asus aura motherboard.

the case is an phanteks enthoo evolv atx tg. does anyone know any good led strips?

cablemod makes some that are compatible I believe

i have msi carbon pro it requires 5050 type leds so you may want to look for that type and not those huge roles that are like 10 feet long and cut them to size

Cablemod widebeam are the best led strips out there in my opinion, but theyre also very bright (atleast for the red version). So if you're looking for something more subtle, youll need either a regulator or another brand

i've seen the cable mod ones too an i think they are a very good option.

I have the same case. Use the phanteks led strip. You can utilise the built in RGB hub.

yeah i know. you are only restricted to the colors the case provides tho and with the aura motherboard you can chose any color.

You can use it with the aura mobo I believe

I have a ASUS mobo (Maximus VIII Formula) with an Aura header and I use a cable mod light strip, but I don't recommend it. Despite claims to the contrary, the colors do no sync well at all. When it's green on the light strip, it's blue on the mobo, etc. Right now I just set them both to a static color and try to match them as best as I can

What LED strips are you using? As that is a clear sign of the LED strip being wired differently to the motherboard.
