I've recently been having some issues with stuttering in most graphic intensive games.
The issues started a couple of weeks ago and my computer had been running everything smoothly at max settings for a year before they started.

Most games stutter now. Some mildly, others to the point of being unplayable.
I never used to monitor my core temps before, but after the issues started, I decided to keep an eye on them.
My GPU runs at a cool 30-40 C, but my CPU usually idles at 60+ C and peaks at around 90 C.
Not sure how long it has been doing this for, or if it's even related.
Regardles, I decided to clean out my desktop properly and replaced the thermal paste.
I wiped my hard drive and did a clean windows install, yet the issues persist.

I'm open to any and all suggestions at this point.

My specs:
Windows 10
MSI Geforce GTX 980ti gaming 6gb
Intel Core i7 5930k
MSI X99S Gaming
HyperX Fury 2133MHz 16GB
Cooler Master G750M
500GB SSD
1TB HDD

I'm also using a Corsair H55 Hydro Series CPU cooler, 2 x 120mm and 1 x 140mm fans for intake and a 200mm fan for exhaust.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Okay, I have no idea how this happened, but disconnecting the coolers power from the motherboard and re-attaching it seems to ha brought down my temps to around 40 C idle and 60 C under load.
Think the problem might be that the PSU isn't supplying enough power.
