Should I upgrade to a Ps4 pro?

Creed1

I currently have a ps4 and I'm wondering if I should upgrade to the pro. I have old consoles that I am going to trade in, so it will only cost me $60. I also only have a 1080p display. Is it worth it? I am also looking for more fps for games like watch dogs 2

Currently there are a few games that renders at 1800P or something above 1080p thus getting less FPS than the original PS4.

I agree with @Slottr 100%. Do not trade in your consoles, sell them on eBay or local classifieds.

Yes, it's 2871 as in the year 2871. I traveled all this way, back in time, just to help you. And you thought your mama lied when she said you were special-_-

I'd keep it and hold on to put together a cheap i3/1050ti PC gaming rig. You get to keep playing games on your PS4 and new ones that will still come out for it but won't spend too much on a half update that's not really worth it vs aiming for a gaming PC down the line, even if it's months from now.

It's not worth upgrading. It's basically the same system with a slight overclock.

I wouldn't upgrade it, but most likely get the PSVR, even if you end up paying close to 200$ for the PSVR it would be an amazing futureproof experience. Also getting a better mointor is an option like a 2560x1440.

In terms of specs the Pro will not give you that much more boost, plus i think its uggly as hell and way larger than what a gfame console should be...!!!

Watch Dogs 2 actually performs better on the original PS4.

Then again, if you're playing on say a 50 inch TV that supersampling with PS4 Pro will probably help image quality a lot. On a 24 inch 1080p monitor that supersampling would be pretty much worthless though.
