Activating admin account windows

is there any software like linus used a few weeks ago to unlock the admin account via usb for free.

basically my nan found her old laptop in the attic with win 7 on and she cant remember the password for the account to pull the data off it

This is how I break into windows 7 computers:

1. Windows 7 recovery disk Command Prompt

2.  in the CMD, navigate to the computers C:/Windows/System32

3.  Copy cmd.exe

4. Delete sethc.exe

5. rename the CMD copy to sethc.exe

6. Boot windows normaly

7. At lock screen, press shift 5 times for "Sticky Keys"

8. And instead of sticky keys, you should see an admin command promopt!

9. In there, use the net command to change the password for the said account.
