Need a laptop for work and occasional gaming

Herbz

Hi guys,

I bought a MacBook Pro about 4 months ago, sold it 2 months later as it was really bad haha. I need a laptop for everyday tasks, such as emails and internet browsing. I would also use Adobe CC on it as this is for web design. I would also like it for gaming on the move. (I know gaming laptops batteries are pretty bad but it'll be plugged in 99% of the time). I've looked at this one by MSI;

It costs £1529.99 (but I'd be getting a 30% college discount so would be about £1071 give or take).

This a good purchase?

Thanks guys!

not a good choice. horrible speakers; keyboard could be a little better; lots of branding, stickers and an ugly glowing logo on the hood

But I would buy a Laptop with thunderbolt 3   and play with egpu if it is 99% plugged in

For the price, it's fine. Especially in Europe it's especially expensive. You can check out Clevo retailers like XMG or PCSpecialist and see if you find better value their.
