Need small efficient PSU

I need relative small 300-400 WATTS and budget minded PSU for PFsense build, I think even 200 watts is well enough for future upgrades as well but it kinda hard to find PSU in Australia. Do you have suggestion? I saw the a options which allow like external PSU 12V 10A to be converted to computer cables such as 24PIN and 1 4 ESP pin and one molex/sata.

Yes this is what I am looking for but ... it like 80 dollars US just for the adapter, does it includes the cables?

I'm fairly certain it should include the cables for powering the mobo and whatnot. You will need to buy a power brick though. I'm not too sure which but googling it will help

Should be fine. Someone online used a 160W one with an i5-6500.

Thanks, i have look at external power supply needed, and see if it worth to get this or just bronze atx 300 watts.
