Superfreaking toaster

So guys, I've bought this notebook a couple years ago now, it's a dell Inspiron, and lately I've been having some temperature problems, my gpu goes above the 95°C, while the CPU goes above 85°C, while I was running cities skylines, and every other game, even the sims 3 it goes super hot in about 2 minutes after I run the game, what do I do? I've tried removing the keyboard. The specs are:

CPU: i5 4200u

GPU: HD8670m (2GB)

RAM: 4GB DDR3L

HDD: 1000GB

repace the thermal paste and any thermal pads

Grab a can of compressed air, blow out your fans, air vents, etc. Repaste your CPU and GPU dies. Replace thermal pads. My personal favourite thermal paste is IC Diamond.
