should I have 2 vs 1 partiction on my 240 gb ssd like one for data one for os to make reinstall the os easy

Use the default in windows, so one big and a little recovery/boot partition.

For all client builds, I leave a small image of the OS for them to use in case things go south.

how do it make recorery better then you have to reinsall the game and data I am talk about them on a seberate partict of the ssd

 Keep it all on one partition. No reason not to.

 

Recovery is the partition that is built in and the default boot device. It is used for bitlocker and the boot menu.

Run Macrium through PE and the image copies the OS back bit-by-bit to its initial point.

What I was taking about was os image ona another drive and when some go worong just restoret it and your data safe on the second particton

Macirum has a bootable rescue disk for this purpose.
