Stream Processors vs CUDA

Does any one of these "things" (not exactly sure what they are, just know that CUDA helps in video editing) hold more dominance in video editing?

 

If you don't know what stream processors are, they are basically AMD's cuda, I think.

Its marketing names, there simmilar on hardware. Its basically the cores on the gpu.

if adobe, it favours cuda more. i may be wrong though.

Premiere preforms about the same on both amd and nvidia. after effects don't really use the gpu(other than ray tracing in 3d, but they have a new c4d render that is all cpu now)
