Hello people of the internet,

I plan on upgrading my old (nvidia geforce 8600 gt , intel core 2 duo e8200 , p5k/epu mobo and a 400w power supply ) PC and I don't have enough money to buy all new PC parts, the question is : does it make sense to buy a gpu something like 1050 and install it. Then buy the rest of the components or should I buy everything in one go?

well, its always best to buy everything in one go.... buuuut not everyone has that kind of dough. if you want to buy a 1050 now, and then upgrade CPU RAM and motherboard later to somethimg more recent, that isn't a bad idea if that is what you can afford. upgrading like that in a sort of "leap frog" fashion is a fine way to build computers for those with limited budgets... although you could also just save and buy everything at once
