So yesterday i startet up my pc after about 1 minute i heard a zhhsh or something and the fuse of my room broke (i dont know how to say it in english) so i went down the stairs and put it back on after that i saw my mobo wasnt turning on and i checked the PSU and it was broken. The day after i got a PSU of a friend that he didnt use anymore now the mobo lights work but of i click the power button nothing happens i dont know if its the cpu or the mobo.

Based on your description, it seems that the PSU has completely fried everything and anything connected to it, which based on the information given is everything in your build. So, unfortunately for you, you might need a new rig, and maybe invest in a surge protector and/or a well rated PSU.
