CSGO Driver Problems

Ever since I've built my computer about a year ago, almost everything has gone well. The one exception to this has been drivers. I've built and fixed many computer for many people and never have I had such a struggle. After about 6 months of coping, I've come back to you guys for help. 

 

Drivers You Guys Helped Me Fix:

Killer networking driver (Their site no longer exists, thanks for helping me find the drivers.) 

AMD Graphics drivers (Never would have guessed running DDU 3 times would have solved it.)

AMD HDMI Audio Driver (Thank God for DDU)

(If you want to know what I had to go through with the problems before you guys helped, just ask, but I don't think anyone else cares)

 

Remaining Fix:

CSGO Crashes every time I try to quit it. 

 

Whenever I try to quit CSGO, Gaben punishes me by black screening my computer and leaving me unable to alt-tab or CTRL-ALT-DEL out of the now crashed CSGO. I even reset my computer to try to stop this, all to no avail. Any ideas?

ps: I also reset because the aforementioned problems came back, and I was on the brink of insanity.

don't quit it just force close it that may help.

How to? It also crashes when I Alt Tab.
