3570K/3770k on any decent Z77 board will be enough for editing+rendering+gaming, at the same time.

Or if you really need a WS, get a 3820/3930K on a P9X79 Deluxe or something similar.

how is a 3570k on a msi mpower or a 3930k on a MSI X79A-GD45 Plus LGA 2011 Intel X79

There's quite a difference between those two set-ups. I won't say "don't get a 3930K" ...It is a real beast.

I suggested a 3570K because I've experienced recording my game play with MJPG compression while rendering two videos in Vegas. My CPU usage rarely went above 90% with my game play never dipping down below 60FPS. That is mainly due to the overclock I have though... You may not be so lucky if you overclock a 3570K to match it to a 3770.

I think you would be much better off with a 3770K rather than the 3930K. Unless you're a Pro, then get the 3930K. I just record and edit for fun :P it never, ever makes it on to the YouTube.
