BenQ xl2720z vs gw2765ht

Both on sale,$33 CDN difference in price, Currently running 2 7950's in crossfire, still on my 2 old 24" 1920 x 1200 Samsung's, Obviously will do some system upgrades in the future.But been 7 or 8 yrs on these monitors,they work great,but are 100 Watt monitors.Need  some opinions on which way is the best to go here.

Mostly a BF player with some older single player stuff like FEAR,Grid, and now some GTA V(found it on sale)
