Your CPU and PSU could definitely have been a more educated choice:

CPU: Pentium G3258 or G44000 http://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/AMD-A6-6400K-APU-vs-Intel-Pentium-G4400/m3048vs3539

PSU: anything that comes with a case or isn't labelled is (as a rule) pretty bad

Use Pcpartpicker and userbenchmark to figure out whether you're actually paying for the performance your getting. I'll draw you up a quick budget PC build

not good imo, that apu won't do anything for gaming and 4gb will definitely not be enough. psu is probably quite bad too.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Heatsink: Gelid Phantom Black GPU: Palit RTX 3060 Ti Dual RAM: Corsair DDR4 2x8GB 3000Mhz mobo: Asus X570-P case: Fractal Design Define C PSU: Superflower Leadex Gold 650W

http://pcpartpicker.com/list/gxmWf8

CPU: G4400 - could upgrade to a i3-6100

RAM: wither the hyper fury you have, or you could upgrade to 8GB DDR4

GPU: pretty crap - worthwhile upgrading to RX 460
