Which sound system would be better?

 

I dont care about the video specs in the sony system just the audio specs (including the audio technology used) in both systems. I would use these speakers for movies and games. 

My set up is a now tv box, amazon fire tv box, ps4 and pc all connected to a hdmi switch (https://www.blake-uk.com/hdmi-switches-and-matrixes/574-hdmi-hdmi-matrix-4x2-hdmi-switches-and-matrixes-proception.html) that has dts-HD Audio Support. If i had either system i would use a Toslink Digital Audio Optical Cable to connect the speakers to the hdmi switch. Also, i would like to use 5.1 for all content like Netflix and amazon prime video on the devices.

I'd get the Sony one, because HDMI ARC is a very nice thing to have.
