How can I merge multiple videos using Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2015?

SO I've got multiple videos recorded using the same phone. I Need to merge them to one hole video without noting the jump between the each video.

Do you mean putting them one after another as a single long sequence?  Just put them in the same timeline.  For the jumps, you can't really do anything about it, use video transitions.  Even if you filmed each video in a near continuous moment, say you filmed for 30 minutes (like a DSLR limit) and then pressed record again immediately after to continue recording the same scene, the brief momentary gaps (no matter how short) will cause your videos to have missing frames.

I'd say that Premiere is the wrong tool and you are better off using something like Avidemux
