overclocking on b550

so my 5600x runs stabily tt 4.63 ghz but it will drop to 4.32 and power limit gose down to 76 watts whene i had it at 100 watts it was stable but my msi b550 a pro motherboard will reset it dosen anyone know a reson

No idea.  What did you change in the BIOS so far?  Are you using any tools to OC, such as Ryzen Master?

so ryzen master i over clock with then transfur the setings to bios but i change the ppt tdc edc limts to allow more power draw

Honestly, I would just PBO/CO that thing and move on.  it's not a chip you can just increase some limits and let her rip.  Those days are over.

well fair enogh but the exstra .3 gighz helps not botlenck my 6950xt

I have my 5600X boosting to +150 on all cores, so capped at 4800MHz. I run 200/140/160 -25 AC because I lost the paper I had my settings written on lol..

 

Uninstall RM.. you don't need that.

Not really.  I mean it's less than a 6% bump in raw speed, so it won't give much boost at all unless it's 100% running all out.  

 

So your 6850XT isn't going to have an eased up bottleneck. Probably isn';t really bottlenecking anyway, at 1400p.
