Task bar doesn't hide in borderless window applications

Hello, 

Taskbar in windows 10 anniversary edition keeps bugging out for me. It simply stops hiding in Borderless window applications. For example youtube, VLC and even in games with borderless window enabled.

After restarting PC it starts working as intended, but it usually doesn't take long until it starts happening again.

@JuztBe I had the same problem before the anniversary update, it just stopped doing that after a couple of days, i still don't know that caused that or what fixed it.

@JuztBe I guess the only thing you can do now is enable auto-hide taskbar.

Hopefully not the only. I'm really not a fan of auto hide taskbar.

@JuztBe Try to restart the explorer. Open task manager find windows explorer and restart it.

It works as a temporary solution.

are you tabbed out of another fullscreen program? i know for example that when i have fullscreen popcorntime open and try to watch fullscreen youtube on windows 7 i have the same problem.

Nope, only chrome can be turned on and it still happens.

You might have a program set to be always on top. Check the settings in your active programs.
