Need help resetting my password

Hey guys,

My friend has a problem with his Laptop where his Admin Account's password was lost. This had happened to me before and I did something with holding W + R to open the "Run" menu and typing something with **** useraccounts **

Something like that and I can't remember. 

Note: This is NOT to reset a password for school or any other unauthorised computer that I know. NEED HELP ASAP
