need help

I only have finished building my pc and when i try to power it on it powers on for few sec and then turns off multiple time ,how can i fix it and make it go atright to the bios ?

Is your cpu fan connected to the cpu fan pin on the motherboard? if nothing is connected to the cpu fan pin it will prevent the computer from starting

Have you tried using only 1 stick of memory in the first slot yet?

I would say to check all the connections to the motherboard
