F@H - Failed to Send Results to Collection Server

Hi Everyone, 

 

I just started folding recently and haven't had any problems until this morning.  I have one WU that failed to send its results back to the collection server. When looking at the unit, there is no collection server listed:

 

 

Is there a way to fix this?  Thanks for your help.

The collection server being 

set to 0 isn't necessarily 

something that needs fixing.

 

Could you try posting the log 

for that slot here though? 

Maybe it will reveal something

useful.

I've added the log below.  It looks like it's trying to send it back to the work server listed on the unit, but it's not going through for some reason.

 

Edit: I don't *think* it's a firewall issue or something of that nature because other work units have been going through fine.

Had the same thing this morning.  Uninstalled (Including data delete) and reinstalled.  The 100% complete WU is no longer there.

I haven't complete a WU yet to verify it is working, but you aren't the only one with the issue.

@TheGlenlivet Glad to hear I'm not the only one.  I just finished another work unit (Work Queue ID 3 in the screenshot I included in the original post).  It went through without any issues.  So it seems to be just that one particular work unit that's giving me problems.  

 

I'm probably going to let it keep trying in the background since it doesn't seem to be hurting anything.  If it goes through, great.  If it expires, oh well.

So, the next unit went through fine, and the GPU units have had no problems.  Must have been a temporary Server issue on the researcher's end.
