How are you doing the testing? That your laptop can get 900 down suggests the internet side might be ok, and the problem is on your end.

i try to change the internetcable but same speed on my pc is it from my processor what should i do ?

No it's not from the processor, it's more likely a motherboard issue with the NIC itself. Do you have more than one ethernet port on the back of the motherboard? If so can you try to connect to a different one?

You say you've tested your laptop directly connected, does that mean your laptop is deirectly connected to your modem/ONT/whatever, but when you test with your PC, there is extra hardware in the way, like a router or something else?

Looking to buy GTX690, other multi-GPU cards, or single-slot graphics cards:

Have you installed your NIC drivers?

Are you using a cat 5e (and higher) Ethernet cable?

Have you set in windows for your NIC to be able to do 1gbps?

Looking at my signature are we now? Well too bad there's nothing here...
