Hi! I haven't used my beats studio for a while and recently, I decided to start using it again. They seem to be ok, but I have one problem. The sound seems a bit unbalanced. It seems to be louder on it's left. I have swapped out the battery and the cable, but nothing seems to really help my warranty is gone so I will have to pay to fix the headphone. Is there anything you can think of that is causing this? Like, it was just sitting there and I wanted to use it, only to find it very annoying that the sound is a bit weird. I will try out every suggestions, what should I do to fix this problem? Thanks!

P. S. I know how to change the balance in settings but I want the change to be permanent, because I will be using this on my phone too.

umm, so you suggest I should buy the parts and fix it?

That was a way to imply Beats are quite shite, and you should buy other brands ;)

But seriously, you can't really fix a broken pair of headphones. If you still want to use them you could try bending the cable close to the connection points (both on the plug end and on the headphones end) to see where the cable might be causing problems.

Ok then. I guess it's time for me to get new headphones.
