You're probably gonna wind up in the 40-50fps range at low/medium.

Im getting access denied on your link so i can't see what the model is.

The Intel HD Graphics 6000 on my i7 MacBook air runs CSGO at decent FPS on medium settings. I can't tell you exactly how much because its currently downloading an update

This computer is rocking an i3 with Intel HD 4400. Not an i7 with HD 6000.

Also what do you define as decent? Fairly consistent at 60fps?

nothing less than 60fps would be acceptable in CSGO. i can play at the highest settings but i turn it down to avoid the occasional skipped frame. I dont know if an i3 would be disadvantaged as CSGO is an old game. I guess you need to find someone with an HD 4400

When I was looking at craptops a while back I looked at several I3s with ~4400 hd graphics. If I remember correctly their performance was... meh.

According to this it can do low-res low resource games fairly well... 1080p is right out though.

OP I really don't think this is a good laptop choice if you're going to play anything like CS:GO. If you're budget is really that tight, I suggest looking into the used market. Lots of good resellers of refurbished stuff on ebay. Find something fairely recent with a decent graphics solution.
