Top cpu fan cooler?

Tomorrow my i7 6700k is coming which cpu fan cooler should i get? that can put my mind in rest while gaming overclocking (no water cooling )

Bequiet Dark Rock Pro 3, Noctua NH-D15 or Cryorig R1 Ultimate are probably the best coolers

Will cryorig r1? block my rams on asus z170 A? asus motherboard?

Depends on the height of your ram. You need low profile sticks with that cooler. Or else get the dark rock 3. I've build a system with that one on an asus z170 and there was enough room for dual channel. The fan blocks the first slot though so for 4 sticks, you need to put the fan on the other side.

A H7 Cryochill is really nice for the money, you can dress one up with a Thermaltake Riing fan if you want some flashy LEDs.

If you don't use high profile RAM, then no. Most coolers are just fine with low profile RAM.
