Depends on the height of your ram. You need low profile sticks with that cooler. Or else get the dark rock 3. I've build a system with that one on an asus z170 and there was enough room for dual channel. The fan blocks the first slot though so for 4 sticks, you need to put the fan on the other side.

A H7 Cryochill is really nice for the money, you can dress one up with a Thermaltake Riing fan if you want some flashy LEDs.
