its the naked silicone. The stuff inside the packaging. on die graphics means its on the same chip

It is the literal cpu, it will contain the billions of transistors, if you look at a delidded cpu, it is the black shiny box underneath, right on top of the pcb.

 

The On-die graphics means that there is a gpu also inside the same black box along with a cpu.

 

This also applies to gpus, if you pop one open the black shiny die if the actual gpu die of the graphics card.
