Microphone Help!

long story short, my hyperx clouds broke and while i wait for them to arrive, (2 weeks) im using a 20ish dollar headset (i know, dont talk about it). the problem is, is that every time i talk, there is a huge echo followed shortly after. Is there a way to configure this mic or am i just screwed?

Right click the speaker icon on your taskbar and select "Recording Devices" and navigate to this page.

 

 

 

If this is unticked already, I've no idea.
