VLC playback will be at the framerate that the video was recorded/created in. If the video was recorded/created in 24FPS, it'll play at 24FPS. Likewise, if it was recorded/created in 60FPS, VLC will play it at 60FPS.

It's possible to listen a videos in 60 fps on vlc?

Salut tout le monde, j'ai une petite question, est-ce que c'est possible de regarder une vidéo en 60 fps avec VLC ?

Yes, it supports playback at 60FPS.
