You dont need a soundcard and Id recommend something from the EVGA GQ/GS/G2 series and a WD Blue/Black HDD with an 850 EVO ssd

Really impressive to get all of those parts including the 6700k and the GTX 1070 under $800.

You don't need a soundcard, you motherboard already has on board sound. You only need it if you are in the professional side of things.

Here is a link with the hard drive and power supply you can buy. I put 2 hard drives just in case your budget allows 1 hard drive and 1 SSD.

GL with your build.

If your playing that kind of games you don't need a  i7 6700k especially if your playing at 1080p.

Here is the build I made for you.

http://pcpartpicker.com/list/Zp7FXH

This can run all games at around 60FPS in 1080p at ULTRA settings. Just don't play Crisis or something, you'll get 30-45 on that.

Your going to save some heavy bucks so I recommend getting a new monitor or saving it for a future build. That motherboard also has SLI support so that you can get another 1060 if you want. You need to get a aftermarket CPU cooler that I put into the build because the 6600k doesn't come with a stock cooler.
