LED strips how much do I need

So... Here I am sitting at the resort in Orlando. I probably should be enjoying myself, but I can't help myself.  I must learn more about computers and parts.  So here I am with a quick question.  What length of LED strips should I buy? I am planning on getting a 240mm radiator AIO water cooler and an nzxt S340.  

 

id post a link but my potato phone won't copy it and I'm too lazy to mess with it so... Red LEDs are what I am looking for.

 

I am unsure of how much I would need.  I would like enough that it is noticeable but not like in your face bright (I plan to get LED fans as well for the watercooler and for the case so bare that in mind as well.

 

ill post a link to my PCPP list when I get around to it (feel free to share your thoughts on my build as well) I am also looking for a nice monitor relatively cheap.
