While some more information would probably be helpful, i'd suggest the Seasonic S12II 520W, I have the 620W one and it's great

"cheapest" is the worst way to shop for power supplies.

give us these bits of information instead:

- what hardware are you powering with the power supply?

- your location mentions UK, do you have a preferred store?

- what is your budget? (no, "cheapest" is not a budget)

- how much would you mind your system catching fire?

Hmm, is this for your friend with the i5-6600k + Asus GTX 970 Strix?

If so, the cheapest, quality unit I would personally recommend for that system would be the Antec VPF450 (not VP450F - they're different) or the Corsair CX450M. I'm more leaning towards the Corsair.
